Same-Month Availability

Every Package Includes:
A recorded feedback session you can revisit anytime — because we know you'll have questions after you leave.
Self-Pay with Superbill:
We provide a detailed superbill. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of evaluation costs out-of-network.
Insurance-based evaluations come with trade-offs your child can't afford.
Insurance-based evaluations in Broward often come with 3–6 month waitlists, prior authorization delays, and limits on which tests are approved. As a self-pay practice, we can see your family faster and tailor the evaluation to what you actually need — not what an insurer allows.
Faster Access: Same-month availability instead of 3–6 month insurance waitlists.
Tailored to Your Child: We choose the right tests for your family's questions, not what an insurer approves.
Detailed Superbill: Seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans cover 50–80% of the cost.
Flexible Payment: FSA, HSA, Step Up for Students accepted. Payment plans available for specific packages.
Every family should have access to answers.
We accept multiple payment options to make comprehensive evaluations as accessible as possible.
FSA & HSA:
Psychological evaluations are an eligible expense under most FSA and HSA plans. Use pre-tax dollars to cover your evaluation cost.
Step Up for Students:
We accept Step Up for Students scholarship funds for eligible Florida families seeking evaluation services.
Superbill & OON Reimbursement:
We provide a detailed superbill after your evaluation. Submit directly to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — typically 50–80% with most PPO plans.
Payment Plans:
Selected packages qualify for 3-month installment plans. 50% deposit required to hold your appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Depending on the package, testing typically takes place across one to two in-person sessions lasting 2–4 hours each. The full process — from intake to receiving your written report — generally takes 2–4 weeks. We work efficiently so you're not waiting months for answers.
-
All evaluations are conducted by our doctoral-level clinician (Psy.D), who specializes in neurodevelopmental assessment. Your child will never be evaluated by a technician or unsupervised trainee.
-
We sit down with you — without your child present — and walk through every finding in plain, parent-friendly language. No clinical jargon, no confusing charts without explanation. You'll receive a recording of this session so you can revisit it anytime, share it with family members, or review it before IEP meetings.
-
For younger children, testing activities are designed to feel like structured play. Older children and teens are told they'll be doing some thinking tasks and answering questions — we frame it as learning more about how their brain works, not as a pass/fail exam.
-
Any previous evaluations, school records, IEPs, report cards, or medical records you have on hand. Even if incomplete, prior documentation helps us build a fuller picture. We'll send you a detailed intake checklist after scheduling.
-
A "no diagnosis" result is still a valuable outcome. Our report will identify your child's cognitive profile, strengths, and any areas of need — giving schools and providers meaningful information regardless of whether a formal diagnosis applies. We never send you home empty-handed.
-
You don't have to figure that out alone. Our free 15-minute consultation is designed exactly for this — we'll listen to your concerns and help you identify which evaluation package fits your child's presentation and your family's goals.
-
Our evaluators are trained to recognize and respond to distress. We build in breaks, adjust the pace when needed, and can reschedule or split sessions if your child needs more time. Getting valid results matters more to us than finishing quickly.
