Your First Points of Contact
Sukaina Tancrede
Administrative Assistant
Hi, I’m Suki!
I’m the Administrative Assistant here at Supportive Engagement, and I’m here to make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes—so you can focus on what truly matters: your care. I handle insurance verification, help resolve billing and insurance-related questions, and support both clients and clinicians to keep everything organized and stress-free.
Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your journey with us, my goal is to make the process feel welcoming, clear, and supportive. I’m also happy to assist in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, ensuring that language is never a barrier to care.
Outside of the office, you’ll find me enjoying the beach, salsa dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Sofia Vallejo
Administrative Assistant
Hello, I'm Sofia, a dedicated member of the administrative team at Supportive Engagement. My mission is to make your connection with us as seamless and welcoming as possible. Whether you reach out by phone or email, I'm here to ensure your experience is smooth from the very beginning.
A key aspect of my role is to match you with a therapist who aligns with your unique needs. I take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and the type of therapy that suits you best—be it individual counseling, couples therapy, or another form of support.
Beyond this, I manage various logistical details: coordinating appointment times that fit your schedule, verifying insurance coverage, handling intake forms, and scheduling follow-ups. My aim is to take care of the behind-the-scenes tasks so you can focus entirely on your well-being, free from additional stress.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to start your journey toward healing. I look forward to supporting you every step of the way!
