Meet Samantha Lindley: Your Compassionate Guide to Healing and Empowerment
I’m Samantha Lindley, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern dedicated to providing therapeutic care for children, teenagers, young adults, and families. My passion lies in supporting those healing from trauma, navigating tumultuous family dynamics, and discovering their own meaning, purpose, and resilience.
Therapeutic Approaches Tailored to You
I utilize narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy to foster creative self-expression and effective coping strategies. By helping clients tell and navigate their life stories, we work together to bring clarity and healing. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I incorporate a systemic and child-centered approach to encourage both individual and relational well-being.
Specialized Training
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): Trained to help clients process and heal from trauma.
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT): Trained to improve parent-child relationships.
- Play Therapy: Currently working towards registration to enhance therapeutic techniques for children.
Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment
Through empathy and gentleness, I strive to ensure a safe and comforting therapeutic space as you embark on your healing journey. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, either virtually or over the phone, to discuss how my approach can align with your therapeutic goals and needs.
